Has more than 20 years of professional exposure and experience in external audit for local and international companies. She is competent in managing teams of auditors and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and legislation.

Alicia is a Chartered Accountant (Singapore) with Certificate for Practice with ISCA and Public Accountant registered with ACRA. She is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Singapore Chartered Accountants (ISCA)

Peter Lee

Has more than 20 years of accountancy experience in the professional services and corporate sector. He started his career as an auditor with international accounting firm followed by a stint with medium size accounting firm. In the course of his professional service career, he was trained and involved in the areas of assurance, taxation, due diligence, valuation and investigative services.

He then went on to accumulate a couple of years of experience with a listed entity in Singapore performing regional roles in the areas of accounting, finance, treasury and internal audit.
